Terms & Conditions
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • A monthly package can be purchased at a discounted rate with a minimum of 5 hours per month.
  • Services are available on an hourly a la carte basis. There is a minimum of one hour purchase. Additional minutes will be charged in 15 minute intervals. Charges begin at time of arrival at clients home or at beginning of errand to be completed.
  • All requests deemed by S & J Concierge and Management Services as beyond the scope of an average request may incur additional charges.
  • All monthly packages must be paid for up front by cash, money order, personal check, or PayPal. Payment for a la carte services is due upon completion of service. An invoice will be presented at time of completion.
  • Monthly package plans are due on the 1st of each month. A deposit of 50% of the service will be due upon agreement of terms for any long-term projects not included in the monthly plan. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
  • Prices do not include the cost of the items and services purchased; for example, the cost of groceries, dry cleaning etc. All services are prepaid by check, cash, money order, or PayPal.
  • Clients are responsible for all vendor and third party charges. Any prices listed by S & J Concierge and Management Services do not include charges for third party vendors or for merchandise purchased. Cost of any purchase is not included in hourly rate.
  • We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible (shorter notice will be accommodated if possible). We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours, usually less.
  • If it is necessary to cancel a service we would appreciate a 24 hour notice.
  • Package hours must be used within 30 days. Unused hours may be added to the next months package purchase.
  • Service requests must be legal, ethical and safe; S & J Concierge and Management Services reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
  • Services not provided by S & J Concierge and Management Services will be provided by our network of vendors. These vendors share the same commitment to quality and customer service that S & J Concierge and Management Services does. Clients will never pay more for a vendor recommended by us than if they contacted them directly themselves.
  • S & J Concierge and Management Services will not be held liable for any damages that a third party incurs if a third party:
  1. Damages clients property
  2. Is negligent in any way
  3. Has access to client's home while client is away and S & J Concierge and Management Services is not present.
  4. S & J Concierge Services cannot be held responsible for any problem arising from any job performance, information or product provided to client by any vendor referred by S & J Concierge and Management Services and shall be held harmless in any situation where a vendor does not perform to their expectations.
  • An on-site consultation will be conducted to identify the client's specific needs. The consultation fee is FREE.
  • If a client refers a new client ($150 service or more), the client will receive 10% off the next purchased service of $150 or more (merchandise not included) once the new client has paid his/her service.
  • The Provider will not divulge to third parties matters confidential without client explicit permission. Except where specifically agreed otherwise, all material, data, information etc. collected during the course of the Agreement will remain in the possession of the Provider and not used without their permission.
